(PRWEB) November 18, 2002

LITTLETON – Brokers at Assist-2-Sell Buyer & Seller Specialists will celebrate the second anniversary of the discount real estate firm on January 1, 2003. And past clients of the Littleton office have been celebrating their own good fortune to the tune of $ 1,314,456 in total savings as the company closed out its seventh quarter in impressive fashion.

“I think the marketplace is very comfortable with the Assist-2-Sell concept and it is certainly evident in the increased sales and listings we have enjoyed with every passing quarter,” says Susan Fejes, Broker/Owner of Assist-2-Sell, The Buyer & Seller Specialists. “We recently opened a second Littleton location and have the room and the business to support additional brokers.”

In 21 months, brokers at the Littleton Assist-2-Sell office have listed and sold more than 220 homes in neighborhoods throughout the metro Denver area, with a total sales volume of over $ 48 million. Currently, the office has over 40 homes in inventory with more clients enlisting the help of the firm to market their homes on a daily basis.

Assist-2-Sell’s extraordinary success in Colorado is a result of its innovative “Direct-To-Buyer™” flat fee program, where unlike traditional real estate firms whose commissions are based on the selling price of the home, Assist-2-Sell offers a flat fee of $ 2,995 to homeowners regardless of the selling price of their home.

Assist-2-Sell brokers handle all mainstream marketing aspects, including signage, print and Internet advertising, phone inquires, and showing properties, plus all the necessary paperwork inherent to a real estate transaction. The firm also publishes a monthly buyers/sellers guide featuring all current Assist-2-Sell Colorado listings that is available at local King Soopers and AlbertsonÂ’s locations.

Assist-2-Sell also offers to place the home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) at a discounted fee. While most sellers expect to pay six or seven percent, Assist-2-Sell’s “MLS-For-Less” program charges a significantly lower percentage while still offering the traditional co-op to the selling broker.

Assist-2-SellÂ’s Home Buyer Rebate program rewards home buyers with a 1% rebate at closing when the buyer enlists the service of an Assist-2-Sell agent when purchasing a home. For example: a buyer using an Assist-2-Sell Buyer & Seller

Specialists broker to purchase a $ 200,000 home, would receive a rebate check for $ 2,000.

To learn more about how to sell your home for $ 2,995, contact Alan Fejes, Assist-2-Sell, 1709 West Littleton Blvd., Littleton, CO 80120, Phone 303/798-8600, Fax 303/798-7600, or visit the Assist-2-Sell Colorado web site at http://www.wesellcolorado.com.

Question by fruit cake: I’m afraid my friend’s boyfriend might be hurting her…?
First, a question to guys:
What does “put her in her place” mean?

I always thought it meant either hitting the girl or calling her a whole bunch of names until she submits to your every want or whatever.

K Now an explanation:
My friend is not happy. She is the epitome of pretending to be happy. She’s been with this guy for about 2 – 3 years. Let’s call them Shawn and Sarah. I’ve known Sarah since I was about 10. We are now 21. Her boyfriend, Shawn, is someone I knew all throughout high school. He dated many of my friends (including Sarah) in high school, and the relationships never lasted. I know you can’t determine much about a person from their high school relationships, but I know you can determine a little. He asked out nearly every girl in our peer group. I’m sure you know the guy. Thinks he’s really cool but can’t understand why anyone sees a problem with him. Pussies out of tough situations… etc. He tried to ask out my best friend, let’s call her Daisy, several times. Daisy refused, because she saw, as I did, that he was kind of a loser. I’m not sure if this is making me sound shallow, but you are just going to have to trust me on this in order to answer the question.

Anyway, I can’t remember why Sarah and Shawn broke up in high school… but part of me kind of remembers someone grabbing Sarah’s arm forcefully.. but maybe I’m making that up in my head. Again I only sort of remember it. She didn’t have many boyfriends though, so if it did happen, it could have been Shawn.

When Sarah complains to me about Shawn, she tells me “please don’t tell him any of this” because she’s not “allowed” to complain or make fun of or talk bad of him; they are supposed to “back each other up.”
She tells me little things like how he sold the game system her mom bought her and all the games so that he could buy an x-box. She didn’t really have a say in the matter. She jumped up and locked the door before Shawn got home one day when we were hanging out once because she’s “supposed to have it locked when he’s not home” and she wouldn’t tell me why or what would happen if she didn’t. Sarah’s best friend, Chelsea, she knows even MORE horror stories. Chelsea has told me he wouldn’t let Sarah leave the house without make-up one time. …there are more little stories like this. You get the picture.

She’s never told me he hits her, but, Shawn told MY boyfriend: “Why don’t you just put her in her place?? I did that to (Sarah) and now look at her!” …my boyfriend wanted to say “yeah, she hates you man” but he didn’t. (((What do you suppose he MEANT by that???)))

She wants him to propose. I think this is CRAZY. He knows she wants him to, and he tells her every time she mentions it she adds another month before he will propose and that she’s already added like 3 years. In other words, you can tell pretty well that he doesn’t want to get married.

What do I say to my friend?? What do you infer from all of these little clues? Do you think it’s something I should be concerned about or just let it run it’s course? Thanks for your time.
——–
edit
——–

Ok thanks to all of your encouragement, I know now that I need to talk to her. If you are personally concerned and would like to help me with this, please e-mail me fruit_cake332@yahoo.com
Thanks!

Best answer:

Answer by Crazioveryu
OK . Tell Her To Stop! Period . Tell her if she need anything tell you . She is too young to have to go through this. She needs to leave if he is treating her like a child. He is Hitting her or atleast threathening her and he needs to stop before the police gets it with this . Talk to her until she admits what is going on . If you can record it just in case you need proof. Now That might be weird but you are doing it for her and nobody else. He doesnt want to get marry so take her out of that.!!!

(PRWEB) August 1, 2005

Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) August 1, 2005 – Sell your home in seven days, even when facing bankruptcy or foreclosure, and save your equity with this new program from Express Homebuyers of Washington, D.C. The firm that will sell your house in 7 days has opened two new offices now serving Baltimore, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia to provide you with creative real estate solutions for homeowners who do not have time for conventional real estate listings.

Every year, thousands of families find themselves in a financial situation that was not of their own making. If you need to find away to sell your own home fast or to sell your own house fast to save the equity, Express Homebuyers http://www.sell2us.net/ has helped hundreds of families just like yours to sell homes quickly.

“Today,” said President Brad Chandler, “most families need dual incomes to maintain their house payments so a simple divorce can place their homes at risk. These are good people who suddenly find themselves with unexpected financial hardships.”

According to President Brad Chandler, “People who need to learn how to sell a home fast no longer have to rely on real estate agents. At Express Homebuyers, we charge ZERO fees, and ZERO commissions.”

http://www.sell2us.net/sellyourhome.htm

The key to helping these families is helping them to save a portion of the equity they have saved for and earned in their house or home. How do these situations arise? Many of the families we have helped at Express Homebuyers have faced extended layoffs, and medical emergencies. Some have borrowed too much against their credit cards to send their children to college while others have loaned money to their own immediate family because of divorce, and in turn, these family members have themselves run into financial hardships and have been unable to repay the loans. And in some cases, people have simply been transferred; their home was not sold by a traditional real estate agent within a reasonable time, and they cannot afford two house payments. “Theses are good people,” says Chandler, “and they have made the same choices that I would have made.”

So Express Homebuyers is here in Washington D.C., Baltimore, Virginia, and West Virginia to answer these questions:

How do Â…

I sell our house fast or sell our home fast?

I sell my own house fast or sell my own home fast?

We stop foreclosure on our house, how do we stop foreclosure on our home?

We face bankruptcy, or we are facing bankruptcy and what do we do?

Express Homebuyers are the experts these families need because we are here to help these families because we buy houses fast, we buy homes fast, and we can help you save the equity in your home because, as real estates investors, we have access to real estate investment capital that is gong to help you save some of the equity in your home when you contact Express Homebuyers.

Today those options and solutions are available in Washington DC, Baltimore, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and from associates across the United States. Homebuyers and home sellers can learn “How to sell your house fast,” or “How to sell your home fast.”

http://www.sell2us.net/sellyourhome.htm

“Some people refer to us as Homebuyers Express,” said Chandler, “because we are so fast and one of the first to allow home sellers to get an offer fast.”

http://www.sell2us.net/getoffer.htm

The Express Homebuyers concept of helping people is new to the real estate industry because you do not need an agent to sell your home fast. A typical $ 200,000 home can cost you more than $ 35,000 in commissions and Express Homebuyers charges ZERO fees, and ZERO commissions.

To keep real estate buyers and real estate sellers informed, Express Homebuyers publishes “Cost to Sell Guidelines” at http://www.sell2us.net/Documents/SellGuidelines.xls

Question by ††HeAvEn_hELp_Us††: Only MCR FANS!!?
i found the really long review on the web. you don’t have to read all of it, i know its long. but going through it, do you agree with what this guy/girl is saying!? i don’t!!! this guy in my opinion is that he has no idea of what hes talking about!!!!

the really long review:
The flamboyant frontman on the edge of breakdown is a rock cliché that never goes out of style. In every era, newcomers to the rock circus demand the spotlight by dint of their emotional volatility.

Enter Gerard Way.

Like Freddie Mercury and David Bowie, Gerard Way has a flair for the dramatic. The pale lead singer for My Chemical Romance grew up on comic books, horror movies and Dungeons and Dragons. Accordingly, his band’s lyrics revolve around grim stories of death, abandonment and heartbreak.

Way told Rolling Stone that the band’s second effort, Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, is a “pseudo concept” album about “two lovers who die in the desert in a gunfight. The guy goes to hell and meets the devil, who tells the guy he can only be reunited with his lover if he brings the devil the souls of 1,000 men.” The singer’s wailing vocals tell that disjointed story over guitar rhythms that reflect influences such as Queen and Iron Maiden mixed with an aggressive, contemporary punk sound. Since its June 2004 release, Revenge’s dark themes have cast their spell over a legion of fans, selling almost 800,000 copies.

Don’t Fear the Reaper
The specter of death haunts Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge. Consider “To the End,” for example: “He calls the mansion not a house, but a tomb/He’s always choking from the stench and the fume/The wedding party all collapsed in the room.” The chorus asks, “If you marry me/Would you bury me?/ Would you carry me to the end?” Then it answers, “So say goodbye to the vows you take … to the life you make … to the heart you break/And all the cyanide you drank.”

Later, Way confesses, “Life is but a dream for the dead,” a lyric that summarizes the whole album. When he sings, “I’m not okay … I’m not o-f—ing-kay,” I believe him. Way’s well-publicized bouts with alcohol, drugs and depression come as no surprise (can a new episode of Behind the Music be far off?). His bleak perspective on life invites listeners to consider suicide as a logical conclusion on “Cemetery Drive”: “Back home, off the run/Singing songs that make you slit your wrists.”

Occasionally, the band quits romanticizing death and exhales honest despair. “All alone, and I remember now/At the top of my lungs, in my arms, she dies. … You are never coming home, never coming home” (“Ghost of You”). For me, it’s easier to connect with such straightforward lyrics than those that glamorize dying. Unfortunately, lines like this are more common: “Love is the red rose on your coffin door/What’s life like, bleeding on the floor?” (“Thank You for the Venom”). Umm … I don’t know. Furthermore, I don’t want to find out.

Counterfeit Hope
Musically, My Chemical Romance’s songs churn with a complicated mix of ironic self-awareness and raw emotion. I can understand why Revenge has connected with so many listeners. But the band’s macabre fixation on death also left me feeling profoundly empty. These songs would be right at home on the soundtrack to a Quentin Tarantino movie.

Imagine my surprise, then, upon reading Rolling Stone’s assessment: “The most common thing My Chem hears from their fans is, ‘Your music saved my life.’” How to explain such a response? Christian apologist C.S. Lewis once said we read to know we’re not alone. I think music’s appeal is similar. When someone vocalizes our deepest hurts, we think, “Yes! Somebody understands!” Something akin to hope temporarily floods our hearts.

But the “hope” My Chemical Romance offers turns out to be a mirage, the futile words of one person in the dark saying to another, “We’re lost, aren’t we?” Admitting you’re lost may bring momentary comfort, but soon darkness closes in again. Likewise, when music-driven emotions fade, so does the flickering flame of hope they briefly offered.

Way told Rolling Stone that the band’s next album will be “more direct.” “There’s just so much I want to say about real life now. We’re starting to see the beauty of the world and truly understand our relationships with other human beings like our loved ones. What’s wrong with writing a song about missing somebody instead of vampire assassins?” Indeed. For the sake of My Chemical Romance’s desperate listeners, I sincerely hope that the band has more to offer next time than the cold serving of despair Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge dishes up now.
I’M NOT EMO!!!! AND I’M NOT A FAG!!! I’M PRETTY DAMN SURE I LOVE BOYS!!!! AND I SAID “MCR FANS ONLY!”

Useful Information to Selling your Home

This being so different then the other things you have around your house, you can never take selling your house lightly. A home can be one of the largest articles to sell, one that is worth so much. Prior to you even thinking about selling your home, you need put a lot of research and hard thought consideration into it. Even though you have the thought of selling this prized possession there is a lot of research that you need to think of before selling.

One of the first things that you need to do is look around ask and hire a great real estate agent. You will need to find one that knows a great deal about the market and neighborhood and one that has had years of experience behind him/her. This can prove to help benefit you in the sale of your home.

After you have located and selected a real estate agent, you and your agent will need to develop a plan of attack. You’ll need to sit down and discus the price and how long you will want to leave it on the market before you even think about lowering the price of the home. Another thing would be to discus the commission he/she wants and come to a conclusion, this can in the long run help to prevent any misunderstandings in the forthcoming. It is much better to talk about these things in the beginning as this can help for a smooth and easy ride.

There have been some circumstances where a person selling their home needs to rent it out to collect money before the house has been sold. You can find someone willing to rent at a reduced price even as you go through the whole process of showing and selling your home, just be sure to let the renter know and be fully aware.

Always remember that when you sell your home hat it can take time. If you want you may also decide to sell your home with out the assistance of a real estate agent. Remember, This can save you a great deal of money as well, as you won’t have to opt in to pay a real estate agent but you need to do your homework and research every thing out pre and beforehand. If you are planning to take this method of attack, some things you need to know would be the value of your home and you know the surrounding neighborhood. You may put a “for sale by owner” sign in the yard, and list your home in local newspapers, Internet and various other classifieds as well.

When you place your home for sale by owner this can encourage many more potential buyers especially those ones who do not want to deal and hassle with the real estate agents and want to deal directly through the owner.

Question by ash: moving to cali.. need some advice marriage on the rocks?
Okay here goes. My hub is 30 and im 23 . we have a son 1 and 2 dogs. we are preg again and due july 28. also my hub will be leaving the military jun 26 and plans on moving to cali for his reserve time. he wants to move in the same neighborhood as his mom and dad (who are housing his 37 year old sis and her 2 kids since forever) and i just dont want to do that. His sis and i dont get along and his brother is nice and very mature. he keeps to him self and doesnt get involved. His mom on the other hand is always in our business and seems to talk to me about my family problems ( which i never brought up with her to begin with) . It bothers me and my husband doesnt really care. He wants to do his own thing and wants to go “home”. We have a house in ky and we bought it. with the market being down i have no clue how we are going to sell. plus we have only lived in it for a year and our credit isnt the best. im so nervouse about moving to cali since his WHOLE family lives there and only my mom and dad live there. i have grown up partly in the south and in germany so cali is very different for me. when we talk about my fears and some concerns it ends in a fight. I dont have a clue what i should do and im stressing out big time. i dont know how to talk to him since he has already made up his mind and is excited. he has already called his family and told them and they are like super excited. Im going ot be singled out since i cant stand them. My hubs sis has never had a real job and has 2 kids that she doesnt support. she has a mastersdegree and thinks she is better than everyone else. i cant even stand to be in the same room as her cause she is one of those people that always as the right answer. (weather its right or wrong) her answer is the best. She will argue with you until you are ready to hit her and just thinks she is the shit. Her 2 kids are out of control and have NO DICIPLINE. they destroyed my house the last time they came to visit us and i about lost it. My hub did not stand behind me he left me out to dry. We went to cali and had a huge fight and he left me out to dry for his family again. I really will be needing his help with the baby when its due and im just stressing out so bad! thanks for your help..
he doesnt know that i shared this with you guys and i tried to talk about this with him and he just got mad. I told him that i didnt want to live to close to his family since we dont all get along. and he got pissed and started a fight!

Best answer:

Answer by Drew Bloodsd
Does your husband know as much as you just shared with the yahoo community? Is he aware of how miserable you’ve already decided you’re going to be if forced to move to California? And if so, what is his reaction? Does he even care? Sounds like there are lot more issues here than simply moving to California.

Why To Sell Your Home In Pre-Foreclosure

If you are facing foreclosure and see that you are not going to be making your mortgage payment on time or have already missed one payment, then you are in the pre-foreclosure stages. Meaning the bank hasn’t foreclosed on you yet, but it could possibly happen in the near future. This is a time you must act quickly and decide how you are going to go about avoiding foreclosure.

You have several different options you can go with in the pre-foreclosure stage. Today we are going to explore why you should sell your home in the pre-foreclosure period. You will want to investigate as many options as possible, but remember that you are on a time crunch, racing against a bank foreclosure.

Often many homeowners wait until right before a foreclosure auction is to take place, before they decide to sell it as a pre-foreclosure sale. Many times this is due to the homeowners waiting around looking for reprieve from the lender. If you have poor financial standing your not likely to get reprieve, so you should familiarize yourself with the pre-foreclosure sale process.

If you are not in a great financial situation and know you not going to receive assistance from your lender, doing a pre-foreclosure sale is one way to save your credit standing. This is important if you plan on buying another home in the future. If you are officially foreclosed on your credit can be negatively impacted for years.

So if you make the decision to sell your home, it is best to tell your lender, they may possibly give you more time before the foreclosure auction happens. This is important so you don’t have to sell your home at bottom dollar value. Speaking with your lender is a good idea, to let them know where you stand. If they have any last minute solution for you this is the time they can let you know. Otherwise the lender can realize you’re selling your home and you can feel confident that, it’s the right decision.

You can either try to sell it on your own or with a Realtor. The Realtor can most likely sell it faster than you. Being that they already know people in the market looking for a good home. It can also be good if you are emotionally attached to your home and are upset about selling it. This can come across to the buyer if you are showing the home and may discourage their purchase.

If you do end up using the services of a Realtor to help sell your home, you may receive some extra money. This is because retailers tend to sell homes at or around their assessment value. The bad side is, not much of that money is going to be left over after paying your mortgage and the Realtor. The most you can hope for is enough to make other living arrangements. For instance if you going to rent an apartment you’re going to need enough for first, last and security deposit. If you have bad credit, they may even ask for a higher security deposit or possibly you may have to find a co-signer.

The biggest downside to selling your home is loosing your home. This is why most homeowners wait to the last minute. But remember there are other places out there and this is a chance for you to come out from under the stresses of foreclosure and start again. This is a chance to get out from under all your bills and get in a place that is more affordable.

Question by leana: Does anyone have any experience with Dwan Bent Twyford’s program?
I have seen one of her Advertisements, (if you want to call it that) and I have been doing some reseach on it. I have found some informercial, and testimonials, and I just don’t know waht to think. I have looked at other “work at home” programs and they turn out to be some kind of scam. I have read a few testimonials, but I’m a very sceptical person. I want to do all the research I can b/f I’m going to spend any money, b/c I have more time than money.
I just don’t know if I should trust those testimonials, after all, how do I know that it’s from real people and not some actor or actress paid x-amt to falsify information? I have studied the acting and modling industry—if the script says the product will make pigs fly, that’s waht you’re going to say—if you want to keep your job and get paid that is.
I have been looking for a phone number, an email, just someone that I can call just to chat about the product w/o those peopel trying to sell me something.

Answer by ttpawpaw
The majority of the people who have bought the tapes call it a scam. I am sure there are a few (and far between) people who have been fortunate enough to actually make some money. You need a lot of luck, being in the right place at the right time and have the right opportunity show up. All of those are out of your control. Without those you have to put in a lot of work and be willing to risk some money. I would look for something else.pp

Question by Jmoose: Do you think this is a real story?
I was 19 and I was fighting with my boyfriend. I go into a grocery store and come out and he was gone.. I was a little curious at first then I panicked, at the time I just moved back to my home town and had liked no friends because I had been gone.
So when I realize he’s not playing he is really gone I start walking. I see this really attractive guy staring at me in the grocery store parking lot. He was tall and had olive color skin and long dark beautiful hair. He may have been mixed with Mexican or Indian and black. I found him very attractive, he starts talking to me asking me questions. He looked harmless so I answered his questions and kept flirting because I thought he was really fine. He offered me a ride home, I was reluctant but felt safe because he already had a girl with him.
She was fat so for some reason I felt like if he was a bad guy he wouldn’t have females with him… I accepted the ride, when we got in the car he asked me if I smoked (at the time I did) I said sure, he said he was going to smoke with me and give me a ride home.
Ok so we get in the car, he actually has two more females already in the car, they smile and saying nothing. Both were young and attractive one was white and the other was black. I assumed they were between 17-20. I get a little uneasy when he doesn’t head in my direction home. I said something gently, I live the other way… He said… we’ll take you home I thought you said you wanna smoke. I said “you know what I just wanna go home”. His fat female speaks up.. Relax we gone smoke and have fun and then were gonna take you home. I relax sort of and still feeling tense and uncomfortable I let this guy go in this strange direction to his supposed “friends house” so we can smoke. Well… he goes in a house and comes out. He pulls out a couple of joints with bammer in them and we hit it. It sucked and didn’t really do anything to me.
When he resumed driving he pulls into this motel parking lot. He is gone out of the car for minute and says he’s gotta do a few more things before he takes me home. We all go into the hotel room and were sitting on the beds. I don’t feel totally comfortable so I start making phone calls trying to get a ride home no dice… He notices me making phone calls and tells me to get off the phone. He tells his fat girl with him to make sure I don’t use the phone again. He asks me to go into the bathroom with him and told me that his girls work for him and wanted to know if I wanted to as well. I told him if I was going to do something like that I would keep all my money to myself and I wasn’t interested. I left the bathroom and realized I had left my purse unattended around women I didn’t know. I checked my purse and every penny I had was gone. I was going to be in big trouble because I owed my mom rent. I asked everyone in the room but of course no one claimed to know what happened.
The guy called me in the bathroom and promised if I stayed with him by the next day he would give every penny back. I told him I wanted to go home and he told me I knew where the door was, he said he wasn’t holding anyone. I had no ride, so I stayed. He somehow managed to sell his white girl to some Mexicans. I watched in silence as his fat girl pulled out outfits for his two girls to wear. They got dressed and went to go turn some tricks in other rooms at the hotel. While no one was in the room his girl pulled out a small pistol. She showed me the gun and said it shot hollow tips. She asked me if I knew what hollow tips were. At the time I did not, she explained to me that hollow tips exploded when they hit your body. She told me she had her gun for when his bitches got out of line. She explained to me that I was lucky her pimp was not a guerrilla pimp. She explained to me that where she is from they kidnap women beat them up and force them to hoe. She explained how lucky I was not in that situation. She told me I was free to go at anytime, as she held her gun in her hand. The pimp came back and took us to a street corner near some fast food restaurant.
He dropped us off. She explained to me she was going to teach me how to get a trick. A couple of guys stopped but she couldn’t get any customers. After sometime we began to walk back. She explained to me that she kept her gun in her puss and could pull it out if she needed to keep a bit** in line for her man. She explained to me how she was his bottom bit** and her job was to keep his other bit**’s inline.
She explained his rules like; you are not to interrupt his conversations. You shouldn’t look at him directly when he is speaking with someone else. I don’t remember all the rules
After walking sometime he picked us up and one of the girls said she was hungry. He took them to Taco Bell. I asked the ladies why they would be willing to do this and then hand there money to a man. They explained to me that he takes care of them and gives them whatever they need and want and that’s why they are willing to do this for him.
He tried to show me that because he feeds them when they are hungry as an example of how he takes care of them. He explained that he buys them clothes and keeps there hair done to.
We got back to the hotel room and I was upset. I was realizing I was not free to go and to make matters worse they wanted me to hoe for this guy. I refused to speak with anyone and pretended to be sleep. After some time I awoke because of my bed rocking. He was having sex with the young white girl. I closed my eyes in disgust, but I couldn’t close my ears.
His bottom bit** the fat bit** was telling the white girl how to fu** him they starting talking about anal and he stuck it in the white girls but. I guess she wasn’t doing it right (the white girl) and the fat girl kept barking out orders of how to do it.
After sometime I opened my eyes again and he was having sex with the fat girl to, I believe he had sex with all three women but I only saw the two girls.
After a while all was quiet and we all went to sleep. I snuck phone call while everyone was asleep, the young white girl woke up and snuck a phone call to her granny, she said she was ok and hung up. I told a friend what was going on and to call 911 she begged me to leave the room and call 911. I hung up … I crept to the door, the white girl saw me. I told her I had to go make a phone call and called my friend back crying outside at a pay phone.
While I was crying and pleading with a friend to come get me I saw a police car at the corner. I flagged him down told him I was kidnapped and robbed. They brought everyone out in the room in handcuffs. Turns out the white girl was only 14 and the black girl was underage to… He went to jail and I moved out of doge incase he ever decides he wants to kill me. It was a very crazy experience but I never turned a trick and I’m none the worse for the experience. I’m glad I called the police no young girl should be used like he was using those young girls

Be confident when you come across your potential customers.  Divert their attention towards the best things in your home and keep them away from noticing any flaws.  Be assertive and do not negotiate the price until and unless you feel that you’re not going to get a better price than this.  Although customers also have an idea about the cost of home and property has gone low but that does not account for selling your home at a loss.  Advertise about your home properly so that you are able to attract quality customers.  If you take care off all the above mentioned points and tips then certainly your “sell my home quickly” dream can turn into reality very soon.

Jupiter, Fla. (PRWEB) April 22, 2009

Martin D. Weiss, Ph.D, president of Weiss Research, Inc. and author of the new Wall Street Journal bestseller, “The Ultimate Depression Survival Guide,” is donating all of his book royalties to the Campaign to End Child Homelessness, sponsored by the National Center on Family Homelessness. Dr. Weiss presented the first donation ($ 100,000) to Dr. Ellen Bassuk, MD, president of the Center and author of America’s Youngest Outcasts, in a ceremony held at Weiss Research’s Florida headquarters on Friday.

“This donation is an integral aspect of our national grassroots campaign to Protect the People — Not the Banks!” commented Dr. Weiss. “We feel the government’s ongoing attempts to bail out failed financial institutions, such as AIG and Citigroup, are counterproductive in more ways than one. The bailouts not only reward high-risk speculation while punishing prudent investing, but they also divert precious resources desperately needed by the most innocent victims of the housing crisis.”

Dr. Bassuk added: “Even before the housing market collapse, one in 50 American children were homeless each year. Today, with millions of Americans losing their homes in foreclosures, there are certainly many more children on the edge of economic survival. We deeply appreciate Dr. Weiss’ generous contribution to our Campaign to End Child Homelessness.”

Dr. Weiss’ book, The Ultimate Depression Survival Guide: Protect Your Savings, Boost Your Income and Grow Wealthy Even in the Worst of Times (Wiley, April 2009, 978-0-470-39377-2, $ 27.95),provides clear, step-by-step instructions to all Americans on:

How to sell your home if you want to, or keep it if you don’t
How to protect your home from further losses
How to find a truly safe bank or insurer
How to build a substantial cash nest egg and keep it absolutely safe
What to do with your 401k, IRA or savings for your child’s education
The telltale signs will tip you off to a bottom in home prices, stocks and bonds
When to lock in safe, high yields on your money for years to come
Where to find the most promising profit opportunities in a recovery

Meanwhile, the Campaign to End Child Homelessness seeks to:

  Strengthen local efforts to end child homelessness with direct assistance to states and communities;
Improve program design and service delivery to meet the unique needs of homeless children and their families; and
Increase public awareness of the scope and impact of homelessness on children.

Dr. Bassuk concludes: “Our Campaign to End Child Homelessness and Martin Weiss’ new book share a common theme–by taking action now, we can come through to see a brighter day.”

To purchase the book, consumers can visit http://www.UltimateDepressionSurvivalGuide.com or any national bookseller. Plus, readers and non-readers alike are invited to make charitable donations to the Campaign to End Child Homelessness at http://familyhomelessness.org/?q=node/14 or by calling 617-964-3834.

Dr. Weiss, along with Weiss Research analyst Mike Larson, specifically named nearly all of the major institutions that have suffered a financial failure in this crisis. Similarly, the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) reported that, in the 1990s, Weiss greatly outperformed Moody’s, Standard & Poor’s, A.M. Best and D&P (now Fitch) in warning of future life insurance company failures.
Thinking about selling your house without a real estate agent?

It can be done and the truth is, many people do it very successfully. But there’s a trick to it that not everyone grasps.

What’s the secret? Just like in anything else: knowledge is power! Soldiers don’t go to combat without orders, plans, maps and guns. Entrepreneurs don’t create profitable businesses without knowledge of the market. Surgeons don’t go into the operating room without knowledge of their patient.

Miami, FL (PRWEB) December 17, 2004

A Free market report has just been released that provides valuable information about how to position your home in the market place so you get the highest price possible.

For years, real estate agents have relied on local market figures to advise homeowners on how to determine the right selling price for their home. The problem is, these figures donÂ’t give you the total picture you need to get the highest price for your home when you sell.

ItÂ’s not commonly known that just understanding what is going on in your immediate neighborhood doesnÂ’t give you the complete information you need to get the maximum price for your homeÂ…or get it sold on time. Yet, too often sellers make this mistake. You need more information than just local data, which is how you can cash in — when you know how.

Now, thanks to a new computer system, home sellers can get extremely accurate, up-to-the minute information that will help them get the highest price for there home when they sell.

The free report is titled “How to Sell Your Home for the Highest Price”, and also includes a Computerized market report. If your home is currently listed for sale with a real estate broker, there are some restrictions on what information can be provided.

However, if you are about to put your home on the market for sale, the complete report can be provided to you without charge. The computerized market report alone could save you thousands when you sell your home!

To get a copy of the report, you can call the message line below for a free recorded message and a written copy of the report. Call now and find out what most buyers are hoping you never read about! Call 1-800-826-1047, ext. 3502, 24 hrs, For Recorded Message and Your free Report.

How to Sell a Home in Any Market

When learning how to sell a home in any market, especially a down market, it requires the home seller to stop thinking like a seller and start acting like a buyer. I know it can be hard because they have certain expectations, needs and wants when selling. The reality is, though, a buyer simply doesn’t care what they expect, need or want.

In any event, the key to selling a home in any market is price and position. Let’s say that Jack and Diane are looking to buy a home. As of today we’ll say they looked at 37 properties in their target area with a price range between 0,000 and 0,000, give or take.

As expected, some of the homes were really nice and some, well, not so nice.

Just by default, out of the 37 homes, one property would be the best; one would be the worst and the remaining 35 fall somewhere between second and thirty sixth.

Are you with me so far? Ok, great. Now, let me exaggerate here just for illustration purposes only.

Let’s pretend that one of the homes Jack and Diane looked at was only a single dollar; yes, only a single dollar. We’ll also pretend the house needs some work but it’s mostly cosmetic. Well, no doubt, this home is the best positioned home on the market, even if it was in the worst shape of all 37.

So Jack and Diane give a full price offer of one dollar, the offer is accepted, and they now have a nice new home, completely paid for, in a neighborhood of homes priced around 0,000-0,000.

I know this is an exaggeration but let’s continue.

What if the one dollar home was priced at a thousand dollars; a thousand times more than a dollar? Right, Jack and Diane would have bought the house.

What if the home was priced at 0,000? In a 0,000-0,000 neighborhood you can bet they’d get full price in a split second.

Sure, a normal home seller wouldn’t sell their home for that low, I’ll agree. But the process is still the same.

What if the home was priced at 0,000? While not as good as the one dollar deal, it’s still below neighborhood values.

If the one dollar house was priced at 0,000 all bets are off. Out of the thirty seven other homes there very well could be a home better positioned.

Maybe Jack and Diane thought another home priced at 0,000 was better positioned (even though it is priced higher) because it didn’t need any cosmetic work at all. Everything is perfect the way it is.

The point being is, when a buyer looks at a home they are going to only make an offer on the house they feel is the best positioned compared to all other homes they’ve seen.

So how do you sell a home in any market?

Simple.

Start thinking like a buyer and set appointments to look at all the homes you’re competing with. It shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes per home. When you are completed with this step you simply compare your home to what you’ve seen and set the price that puts yourself in the number one position.

If your home sells in a few days then you know it was properly positioned. However, if another home you’re competing with sells first then you made a mistake. For whatever reason, the buyer thought the other home was better positioned.

Once your home is the best positioned, in a buyer’s mind, it’ll be the next one to sell.

In summary, learning how to sell a home in any market is not difficult. After all, no matter how bad things get homes still sell every day of the week. By understanding things from a buyer’s point of view and understanding the concept of positioning, you’ll be sure to be the next home sold.

Tips For Selling Your Home – 4 Easy Steps to Sell Your Home

Selling a property though a public affair can actually be quite a private thing too. You need a lot of confidence and courage to be able to decide to sell. Selling a home is at a minimum a daunting task and can also become an emotional one if your home is full of memories. Follow these 4 steps to help you sell your home.

1. Evaluate the condition of your home. This is the one thing that will be the starting point in the minds of potential buyers on whether or not they want this home. The looks, of the exteriors and interiors, of your home matter a lot. Would you be interested in a dirty or filthy property? Make a few minor repairs like leakages and peeling wall paint. A neat and clean property with a well cared for look will attract more potential buyers. It may sound like a lot of work, but it will prove worth it in the long run..

2. Pricing your home. This is a very important aspect of selling a home. You will need to know, how much your home is worth. Two things that count are the actual home and its external support. External supports refer to the public access and neighborhood. A good and easily accessible neighborhood will no doubt add to the value as people would like their homes to be in such areas. Keep the market conditions in mind before you price your home. Use the market as a guide before fixing a price. Always be open to negotiation. Try to avoid over pricing or under pricing of your home. If the need be you can have it valued professionally.

3. Advertise. This is one thing that you can not do enough. In a market where many houses are up for sale, you will need to make your house visible enough for people to come looking.

a) Advertise in the newspaper. Though a little expensive it is the best way to reach maximum exposure.
b) Put up an announcement board in your front yard. Let everybody who passes your home know that it is for sale. Bigger the board better it is.
c) Print plenty of flyers and have them distributed. Have the basics, a picture of your home and a contact number will suffice.
d) Let every one you know, know about your home on sale, so that the word may spread by mouth.

4. Use an agent. It could be a good idea to use an agent or a broker to market your home, primarily because they are in touch with potential buyers. An agent is definitely an expert in this field and can help you to handle all the aspects of home selling without the hassle. You will have to part with a percentage of the sale value as that will be the agent’s fee in exchange for his services. If you are in a hurry and would like to sell your home fast then it would be better to take the services of a good broker.

Question by thelemonsalad: can you please interpret my dream?
Last night I dreamt that I was walking in an unknown environment with my fiancee …then we saw many stacks of sun glasses that were being given away for free, they were black and cheap looking…I picked one up to give to my fiancee and then suddenly vin diesel the actor comes over and says “hey little fella, let me give you mine” and he handed over a really sleek, sophisticated pair and he gave the vibe that he really liked my fiancee like a buddy. They were obviously expensive. I responded by saying “awww thats so sweet of you ” and he sort of shrugged his shoulders and asked me to spare him the mush.
Next thing I know, I am in a situation of danger where wolvs are trying to bite me and vin deisel is asleep and doesn’t want to be bothered as he says he can’t help everybody.

then i find a place to sleep and i end up i wake up on the door step of my friends house but it was as though i must have slept walked there and my fiancee tells me off because it is not safe etc etc. I try telling him that it was not my fault.

anyway….Then I try to “drive home” from the danger but in real life I do not have my drivers license so I am safely driving home to my parents house when I realise I do not know how to park and I notice the breaks of my dads old mercedes which he had to sell last year were not working. I end up smashing into two other cars….and then i get out and find my father in the drive way of the home dead and being ressusitated ….then he wakes up and starts cheering that I am alive and what looked like my parents home starts to change in to a place that has become refurbished and more palace like…it became grander but it felt like I had died and that I stepped into another realm or even “another place” It was still clear that my dad had died and I kept asking him ” are we dead? why does the place look so different?” he responded with “oh chill out just enjoy it”

then I woke up and was crying because I never experienced a dream so real in my entire life…I thought I really was dead.

What does all this mean??

I would like to thank you for your time in advance.

Question by Miracle Paws (QUESTION PROFILE): Can You believe This? (stupid 20 character rule!)?
Long story short – I have 3 Aunts. The Aunt on my dad side is great, she loves animals, she is a breeder is doing fantastic! My Aunts on my mothers side do not like animals & only uses them to there benefit.

Well my good aunt (lol thats what i call her ) breeds German Shepherds. She is doing great with it…now my bad aunt wants to breed dogs too – let me remind you that she doesnt like animals so this came as a shocker. Well she has 2 dogs already – there just guard dogs, there a Sheltie and a mutt that are left in a backyard every waking day and night. My bad aunt called and asked me to take her to the shelter because she saw a dog on the Internet she liked – so i thought maybe she was turning around and liked animals. So i took her and she wanted a German Shepherd, she said she wanted to breed them too, i didn’t say anything and went along with it (cause shelters spay and neuter there dogs before releasing them lol). So well we got to the shelter she liked the dog and wanted it, so the shelter workers took her in a room for questioning like all shelters – i came with. She asked her “Do you have any other pets at home?” – she answers and says “Yes i do, too dogs – but i don’t like them and will have them put to sleep so i can get this new dog” The shelter worker looked shocked – so she proceeded “Why do you want this dog” she answers “Oh i want this dog so i can make it have babies and sell all the babies for money” the shelter worker shook her head. Then the shelter worker went on “when this dog stops having babies what are you going to do with this dog?” aunt says “Oh i will have it put to sleep and then get a new one and start over” “oh and i will send 2 of her puppies to another country so they can breed them over there and send me the money” The shelter worker said thank you and walked out. I tried so hard to keep a straight face i wanted to burst out in laugher so bad! She walked back in and asked her to sign this paper, she did and the shelter worker looked at her and said ” You will never ever be able to adopt a dog from this shelter in a million years, i have sent your name and info to all the other shelters in this city, please get out of here now” Then i couldn’t help it i just wanted to roll on the floor laughing! She was angry and i calmed her down and took her home. Oh and she came over the next day while i was holding Taco my Chihuahua in my hands and she told me “Why do you have that dog, that dog is no benefit to you at all, dogs are to benefit people, those little dogs are worthless, go drive to the other city and drop it off there” Oh man did i get mad and kick her out the door! Aunt or not that is just crossing the line!

Anyway can you believe her? I mean even a person with that intention has enough sense not to go into a shelter and say those type of things! To me that was such a fun day! The shelter worker really gave it to her! Man when i got home i was just laughing my head off! I mean how stupid! They spay and neuter there dogs before they let them go! Haha wow my aunts an idiot!

But i do have bad news – she found a German shepherd breeder & she bought two German shepherds, she put her two other dogs put to sleep and bred the German shepherds at 7 months old. Ha her GSD only gave birth to 2 pups! Oh i wonder why. Well there is another BYB in this world and she happens to be my aunt! But on the bright side i have a aunt that breeds GSD’s and is fantastic and has many CH dogs!

So lucky me i have a BYB aunt and a fantastic GSD breeder as an aunt. Yeah my family is complicated!

Do you have any funny BYB experiences? Or would you just like to comment on how retarded my Aunt is? I thank you for both <img src='http://realestateinvestinginformationsource.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' title="Q&A: Can You believe This?
